By order of the relevant authorities, the match between Flamengo and Portuguesa, scheduled for this Saturday (March 14th) at 18 pm at Maracanã Stadium, will be played behind closed doors. Therefore, we've put together important information to guide fans who purchased tickets for the match. See below for refund procedures depending on the possible scenarios.

Single purchases online.

In this case, fans should follow these steps:

a) Purchases made by fan members

1. Log in to the Nação website (mengo.com.br);

2. Access your purchase history;

3. The member will be redirected to their shopping cart within the Superingresso system, Flamengo's official partner for ticket sales, where they must locate the Flamengo x Portuguesa match.

4. The member must select the tickets they wish to cancel and then click the "Cancel Selected Items" button.

5. You'll need to confirm that you really want to cancel the selected tickets. Upon confirmation, the member will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

6. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card statement, and may be applied to your current or subsequent statement, depending on the rules of the issuing bank.

b) Purchases made by the general public online

1. Log in to the Superingresso system, Flamengo's official partner for ticket sales (flamengo.superingresso.com.br);

2. The fan must access the “Cart” menu;

3. Find the Flamengo x Portuguesa match;

4. Select the tickets you wish to cancel and then click the "Cancel Selected Items" button.

5. Confirm that you really want to cancel the selected tickets. Upon confirmation, the fan will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

6. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card statement, and may be applied to your current or subsequent statement, depending on the rules of the issuing bank.

Ticket purchases

Those who purchased tickets at a physical point of sale will receive a refund via bank transfer. This is to avoid crowds in lines, stores, and malls.

The fan must follow the procedures below to receive a refund:

1. Send a message to the WhatsApp (21) 99717-5493 with the following information: full name, CPF, telephone number (with area code) and email address.

2. After validating the data, an email will be sent requesting further information necessary to process the return.

Fan members who purchased the Maracanã Season 2020 Package.

The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card statement, and may be applied to your current or subsequent statement, depending on the issuing bank's rules. The amounts credited will be based on the prices charged for the sector on the departure in question and the package purchased.

Example: If the member has purchased the Package for the North sector, the amount credited, regardless of the lot purchased, will be R$16,00.

The refund is made automatically by the system and the payment refund period is up to 30 days.
