- Fans with an active ticket card at the time of purchase must use it directly at the turnstile to enter Maracanã. If you've already received your ticket card but it's not active, you must activate it on the Nação Rubro-Negra website before purchasing.

- Fan members without a ticket card must collect their tickets at physical points of sale;

- Fan club members who are entitled to purchase tickets for guests: the cardholder's ticket will be loaded onto their active ticket card; for extra tickets, for operational and security reasons, it will be necessary to collect the ticket at the physical points of sale;

- Locations and times for collecting tickets purchased online will be announced soon on Flamengo's website.
