Despite the uncertainty, preparation began this Friday (23), with the main focus on the physical part. The athletes who started yesterday's match against Fluminense carried out regenerative training, guided by physical trainer Roberto Oliveira, with exercises both at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), and on the pitch.

Also at the gym, the rest of the group participated in pre-workout activities before heading to Field 5 for a warm-up. During the workout, led by physical trainer Marcelo Martorelli, coordination exercises set the pace, complemented by short stride runs to the designated area.

Next, it was time for ball training. Technical improvements kicked off the activity, prioritizing passing and movement. The activity then shifted to tactics, focusing on building offensive plays. These were put into practice during collective training on a reduced-size pitch, under the guidance of Rubro-Negro coach Paulo César Carpegiani.

More adjustments to the team will be made over the weekend, with training scheduled for both Saturday (24) and Sunday (25).
