On the morning of this Friday (19), Mais Querido resumed activities at CT George Helal, in Vargem Grande. Training is part of the preparation for the match against Atlético Goianiense, which will take place at the Serra Dourada stadium.

After pre-training exercises at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes went to the pitch on Field 5, where they warmed up. Following that, coach Zé Ricardo led technical drills, focused on ball possession and movement, and tactical drills, guiding the group on positioning during offensive and defensive moments.

At CEP FLA, Diego worked with the ball. Forward Orlando Berrío and defender Alejandro Donatti focused on physical conditioning. Thiago Santos continues his recovery process, aiming to return to the field as soon as possible.

In the afternoon, the Flamengo delegation will travel to Goiânia, where Flamengo's next challenge in the Brazilian Championship will take place. The match will start at 19 pm this Saturday (20).
