Flamengo's final training session before the match against Santos took place this Saturday (September 04.09th) at Ninho do Urubu. After a closed-door session for the press, coach Silas led a lively recreational session. The relaxed atmosphere was one of the hallmarks of the day at the training center, as striker Deivid can attest.
Recently signed by Rubro-Negro, he has already been training with the group and should make his debut on Sunday (05.09), but only today did he go through the traditional Polish corridor. The players have already had said that high spirits are one of the team's weapons for turning things around in the Brasileirão and that was exactly what was seen in this last activity.
Even coach Silas participated in the kickoff. Wearing shorts, his cap backward, and recalling the agility of his playing days, Silas' team, whose main representative is defender David, ended up losing.
