Due to the high demand, a career as a soccer player demands a lot from those who seek it. Time, dedication, and talent are the demands placed on those aspiring to play for a major club. Flamengo goalkeeper Daniel Miller achieved this goal and went beyond.

Last Wednesday (20), the athlete received his diploma for completing the Administration course at PUC-Rio. Daniel commented on his choice of course and the feeling of accomplishment with its completion. 

"It's a field that encompasses many possibilities. In the future, I intend to work in the business sector, whether in football or another department. I've completed an important stage in my life, and now I'll think about the future and my next goals. I couldn't be happier," he celebrated.

Achieving this victory wasn't easy and required a lot of willpower and sacrifice. "When I was in the youth teams, it was easier to balance college with my playing career. I studied at night, and training sessions were only in the morning, and I didn't travel much. When I moved up to the first team, things started to get a bit more complicated in this regard, as there was a lot of traveling, and sometimes training sessions were split into two shifts," he said.

During his years of training combined with his studies, many people were important in the athlete's life. When it comes to listing them, he remembers his friends fondly.

"I asked them for a lot of help with my studies, especially during the Brazilian Championship, with away games practically every week. Fortunately, everything worked out, and now I'm here, graduated," the athlete added.
