The squad gathered at CT George Helal, in Vargem Grande, on Saturday morning (18) to carry out the last training session before traveling to Brasília. Interim coach Zé Ricardo led technical and tactical activities with a view to the next match.

The session began with a warm-up on Field 2. On the same field, the athletes began technical training, which consisted of quick passing, triangulation, and movement on the field. The group was divided into two teams for this activity.

The athletes then headed to Field 1 for tactical training. The training focused on the playing style and tactical characteristics of São Paulo, their opponent in the next round of the Brazilian Championship.

Flamengo will travel to Brasília on Saturday afternoon (18), where they will face the São Paulo team. The game will be played at the Mané Garrincha Stadium and will start at 16 pm.
