In the activity that took place on the morning of this Wednesday (11), at the George Helal Training Center, the group carried out tactical and finishing training on Field 1.

After completing the warm-up and stretching session at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the group headed to the pitch at Field 1, where Muricy began tactical training. The goal was to improve offensive marking, pressuring the opponent in their own half when the ball was released.

In the second phase of the ball activity, the players practiced passing to create deep plays and through the center of the pitch. The final pass was made by the full-backs and wingers, while the forwards, midfielders, and defensive midfielders shot on goal. The defenders worked separately on the other side of the pitch, focusing on blocking shots on the goal line.

Tomorrow (12) the squad will meet in the morning for another day of training at CT. Mais Querido is preparing to face Sport Club do Recife next Saturday (14), at 16 pm, in Volta Redonda, for the first round of the Brazilian Championship.
