This Thursday (19), the red-black technical committee coordinated another day of intense work at Ninho do Urubu.

Unlike the preseason routine to date, the athletes went directly to Field 3. On the pitch, physical trainers Daniel Gonçalves and Marcelo Martorelli, assisted by fellow trainer Roberto Oliveira, led the pre-training session. The workout consisted of warm-up exercises and muscle stretching.

Next, the group moved to Field 4, where ball practice began. Divided into sectors, the players sought to build plays from the defense, having to exchange five passes without interceptions by the defending team before moving on to the next area of the field. Next, it was the coach's turn to lead specific attacking drills against outnumbered defenses.

Zé Ricardo prepares the red-black team for the first match of the year. The friendly match against Vila Nova will take place this Saturday (21), at the Serra Dourada Stadium, in Goiânia. The ball rolls for the debut of the Mais Querido in the 2017 season from 18:45 pm.
