"Trauco is a great player, he has a good touch on the ball. We already know each other from the national team, so he always looks for me and that's important," said the commander of the red-black attack.
Guerrero then commented on the team's current form, coming off a strong preseason, even though it's a few days behind other teams competing in the Campeonato Carioca.
"More important than the goals is that the team is gelling. We're coming off 15, 20 days of preparation. The first half was a bit difficult, as it was a bit stuffy. But for a first game, I'm happy with the result," he added.
The Mais Querido's next challenge in the State Championship will be against the Macaé team. The match will take place at the Raulino de Oliveira Stadium, and the ball will roll from 19:30 pm next Wednesday (01).
