"Everyone knows there's no favorite in a derby, especially with the opponent not in such a good position. We need to focus hard on the match to win. With a good performance, we'll bring the fans back to our side and we can continue dreaming of the title," says the number 7.

"We'll fight until the end. Anyone who plays for Flamengo can't think differently," said the player, hoping to receive the gift of victory. "I'm very happy to celebrate another year alongside my friends and at the club I joined as a child. I hope to stay here for many more years, and I hope victory brings a gift."

Despite the hope of winning, Ibson knows it won't be easy. He believes Flamengo will need to show on the field that it deserves the fans' trust, following a 2-2 draw with Portuguesa in the last round.

It wasn't the first time, and according to the player himself, it won't be the last.
