Midfielder Ibson said Friday that Flamengo won't be intimidated this Saturday against Náutico at Maracanã. For the player, regardless of the club's current form, playing under pressure for Flamengo is normal.

"For Flamengo, every game is like a final. Anyone who plays here knows they always have to win. We'll have the fans behind us and we'll try to score a goal early on," he predicted.

Ibson, however, said that the players cannot be anxious about the club's poor form in the Brazilian league table: "Anxiety will only get in the way. We have to think game by game. First we need to beat Náutico and then the other opponents, one by one. If we don't focus on each match at a time, things will get more difficult."

Finally, the player defended the permanent concentration regime until the team leaves the relegation zone: "If we have to stay focused for one, two or even five months to get the club out of this situation, that's how it will have to be."
