After missing Flamengo's last two matches, midfielder Ibson was confirmed by coach Caio Júnior in the starting lineup for Saturday's match against Figueirense. The player says he has recovered from thigh pain.

"I'm training pain-free. I worked hard on my fitness last week. This week I've been training normally with the ball and I'm feeling good. I'm really excited to help Flamengo."

With a contract until the end of the month, Ibson hopes to stay at the red-black club to give the fans a gift.

"I want to stay. I want to help Flamengo win the Brazilian Championship. The club hasn't won the competition in a long time, and I hope to give the fans this title as a gift."
