- All Official Stores begin service at 10am, except on Sunday, when they will operate according to the opening hours of each shopping mall.
- Exchanges will always end 2 hours before the stores close.
- The exchange points at Santos Dumont Airport, Novo Rio Bus Station, Flamengo Headquarters in Gávea and Maracanã close at 20 pm.
- On the day of departure (16/05), THERE WILL BE NO exchanges at Maracanã.

Starting on Saturday, May 12th, the Maracanã and Flamengo Headquarters in Gávea will have, in addition to exchange, removal of gratuities, which, by law, can no longer be withdrawn on the day of departure, and ticket sales to the general public.
