Ticket information for the match between Flamengo and Fluminense

Next Saturday (09), Flamengo will face its first decision of 2024. Rubro-Negro faces Fluminense, at 21 pm, at Maracanã, in a duel valid for the first game of the semifinal of the Campeonato Carioca. Ticket sales for the red-black fans will begin next Thursday (07), at 10 am, on the partner website of Fluminense – the match's host. Nação's full members must access via mengo.com.br/ingressos. Other fans must register on Fluminense's partner sales website, the host of the match, to make the purchase.

Since Flamengo does not have home field advantage in the match, the Maracanã 2024 Package will not be valid for that match. Furthermore, Nação members will be able to purchase tickets at half-price, but they will not have priority. We also inform you that only members will be able to access the stadium with their ticket card. For all other members, all tickets purchased online must be collected at the exchange points (see the list at the end of this article).

Please note that the half-price benefit for Nação's regular and active members requires validation by presenting an official photo ID and CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) for both pickup and purchase at physical locations. This will be validated, and only the member will be entitled to the discount.

In sectors that provide additional services, such as the buffet service and Maracanã, the half-price discount applies only to the ticket price, with the full amount of the service provided being charged.

To collect a ticket purchased online, fans must present the following documents:

- Voucher generated at the time of purchase, printed, filled out and signed;

- Original document with photo;

- Proof of half-price ticket (if half-price ticket was purchased).

We also emphasize that only the ticket holder can make the exchange, that is, withdrawal by third parties is not permitted.

ATTENTION: Tickets for individuals under 15 years of age may only be collected when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, who must also present a ticket from the same section as the minors at the time of collection.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted up to 7 days after the purchase date, provided the cancellation deadline is no more than 3 hours before the event date. Therefore, for purchases made close to the event date, tickets can only be canceled up to 18 p.m.
