STEP BY STEP FREE REGISTRATION

1. It is mandatory to register your facial biometrics at biometria.flamengo.com.br;

2. Access the website gratuidade.flamengo.com.br, click on "Login/Register";

3. Create an account according to your benefit type, filling in the requested information;

4. Attach the document according to your benefit type: 

- Elderly (over 60 years old): photo of the front and back of the ID;

- PCD (Person with Disabilities): Photo of the Social Card or valid report and ID;

- Persons with disabilities entitled to a companion: Photo of the Social Security Card or valid report and ID;

- Children under 12: Photo of the ID card of the guardian and the child. The minor's legal guardian must register in advance on futebolcard.com;

5. Click the “Save” button to complete the process. 

Your registration has been successfully registered. Your documentation will be reviewed within 48 hours.

2. After logging in, select the sector designated for the free benefit;

3. Click the “Redeem” button to start the process of redeeming your free gift;

4. Click “Select” and indicate your benefit type.

5. Then, click on “Add Data”.

6. After adding your details, click “Finish Redemption” to complete the process. 

Your ticket has been successfully secured. Access to the stadium will be granted via facial biometrics. An additional ticket will be made available for the person accompanying the person with a disability (PWD).
