Information on exchanging Fla-Flu tickets
By Flamengo Communication - inDue to recent events, we inform you that the date of the game against Fluminense, valid for the semifinal of the Guanabara Cup, has been changed to next Thursday, February 14th, at 02:20 pm.
If a date change prevents you from attending the match, don't worry: you can cancel your purchase. See the instructions below:
01) Fan who bought online and did not exchange the voucher: you can cancel directly in the shopping cart up to 24 hours before departure (that is, until Wednesday, February 13th, at 02:20 pm).
02) Fans who purchased their tickets online and have already exchanged their voucher: You must fill out a form (and sign it) at any point of sale. This will result in a refund being made to your credit card statement, and the ticket will be held for cancellation.
03) Fans who purchased their ticket at the physical box office: If you purchased your ticket in cash at one of the points of sale, you must return to the same point of sale to fill out a form (and sign it), return the ticket purchased and receive the amounts paid for the purchase.
04) Fan Member with ticket loaded on card: You can cancel directly in the shopping cart up to 24 hours before departure (that is, until Wednesday, February 13th, at 02:20 pm).
05) Fan Member who purchased extra tickets: If you haven't yet exchanged the extra ticket at a point of sale, simply follow the instructions above. If you have already collected it at the point of sale, You must fill out a form (and sign it) at any point of sale. This will result in a refund being made to your credit card statement, and the ticket will be held for cancellation.
Note: Ticket offices will process cancellations and refunds until 17:13 p.m. on February 02, 2019.
