On October 2nd, Flamengo will take to the field at Arena do Grêmio for the first leg of the CONMEBOL Libertadores semifinals. Fan members will have priority online ticket sales starting September 20th. There will be no in-person ticket sales for this match, not even at the Arena do Grêmio box office. Only members will be able to purchase tickets for the match.

There will be no ticket sales for plan guests nor priority for Sempre Contigo in this game.

Flamengo fans will access the stadium through the Visitors' Gate. Ticket cards and vouchers will not be permitted.

Rubro-negros must exchange the voucher generated when purchasing online for a physical ticket in Porto Alegre or Gávea, on the dates and times specified.

Procedure and documents required to exchange tickets:

1. Documentation required for withdrawal:

- Original document with photo of the holder
- Purchase voucher printed and signed by the holder
- Proof of half-price ticket, if applicable
- Credit card** used for purchase. If it belongs to a third party, bring, in addition to the above documents, a handwritten authorization from the cardholder authorizing the collection of the ticket.

2. Documentation required for third parties to withdraw from the fan membership plan or credit card:

- Original document with photo
- Purchase voucher signed by the registered and credit card holder
- Proof of half-price ticket, if applicable
- Credit card** used
- Official document with photo (RG, CNH, Work Card) of the holder (of the plan and credit card)
- Authorization from the holder (of the fan membership plan and credit card) written in their own handwriting, authorizing the withdrawal of tickets

**Virtual credit card: you will need to present a printout of the card used at the time of purchase and the app when collecting your ticket.
