It's important to remember that CONMEBOL is solely responsible for organizing the game, and it is responsible for ticket sales and fundraising. Because Flamengo is not the home team or responsible for ticket sales, it will not be selling tickets. However, to facilitate the sales process for its members, the club will provide access codes for CONMEBOL's ticketing website.
