Looking for their sixth win in the Brazilian Championship and to maintain their lead in the national competition, Mais Querido will face Corinthians this Sunday (3), at 16 pm, at Maracanã. Rubro-Negro is in first place with 17 points earned so far.
During preparations for the match against the São Paulo team, Diego discussed the upcoming game at the Maracanã and also praised the strength of the fans, who once again promise to put on a show in the stands.
"The fact that Corinthians are the current Brazilian champions makes the game very difficult. Without a doubt, it's a good match to play. We will be prepared, the Maracanã will have a great number of fans once again, and we will do what needs to be done in search of another victory at home," commented the number 10.
