Isaías Tinoco wants to see upset players seeking rehabilitation

Flamengo returned to work hard this Thursday (13.05), after playing in the Libertadores, with a good 'hangover'. The result against Universidad do Chile was not good, but the climate of dissatisfaction was faced in a positive way in Gávea by the club's football manager, Isaías Tinoco.
Experienced, Isaías prefers players to leave the field upset and sad rather than laughing. This attitude demonstrates his commitment to a comeback.
"I prefer the players to leave upset rather than laughing. They felt the defeat, and that's good. Now, what needs to be done is to come together, talk, rebalance the squad, the coach, the coaching staff, the fans, and seek victory, which is Flamengo's calling," said Isaías, who explained to the press that there was no error in the logistics of arriving at Maracanã.
"We have a police escort every game day. Yesterday, because of the rain, they chose the south zone route as the best option, and we hit a lot of traffic. That's why we were late. We left 2 hours before the game. Normally, we leave 30 hours before. We left early because we knew it would coincide with rush hour and traffic would be heavy," explained the football manager, who has complete confidence in the red-and-black squad.
"This group suffered a lot last year, but they reorganized and won the sixth title. I'm sure they'll bounce back. Whoever is a Brazilian champion knows how to compete in any tournament. I'm confident that the team created several opportunities. I'm sure this will be reversed in Santiago. Flamengo knows how to compete in the Libertadores," concluded Isaías Tinoco.
