Midfielder wants to see the team improve in 2016, but celebrates opportunities this season.

In training this Thursday morning (December 3rd), at the George Helal Training Center, Jayme de Almeida led a small-sided game with the Flamengo squad divided into three teams. Two teams played against each other while the other waited. Despite no longer having a chance in the top four, the goal is to finish 2015 in the best possible way. For Jajá, the challenge remains to start thinking now about how to improve for next year.

"We want to finish the year in the best way possible, with a victory. We didn't manage to get into the top four, but now it's time to reflect on what we need to improve for 2016. I'm happy for the opportunities I've had and I hope to reciprocate even more next season," said the midfielder after the morning's training session.
