The red-black squad returned on Tuesday afternoon (26.05), at the George Helal Training Center, and resumed preparation with an eye on the Copa do Brasil. Under the command of Jayme de Almeida, the players who participated in the match against Avaí, last Sunday (24.05), carried out technical work on a reduced field.

The other athletes trained separately with fitness coach Daniel Félix in the gym and on the field. Defender Marcelo ran laps around the field, as did Nixon and Marcelo Cirino, who also worked out in the gym. Midfielders Arthur Maia and Almir practiced free kicks.

Flamengo takes the field this Wednesday (27.05), against Náutico, in a match valid for the third phase of the Copa do Brasil.
