Jean is not content with good defensive numbers
Defender says the main thing is for Flamengo to win again and start the Brasileirão

\The experienced Jean, who recently earned a starting spot, believes that the most important thing for everyone is for the team to win matches. According to him, all individual goals are meaningless if they don't result in a positive result for the group.
\"We want the team to win, regardless of whether the defense is strong or not conceding goals. We want the whole team to do well, with Flamengo getting results, and we'll keep working. The victories aren't coming, but we'll try to help up front too, because the forwards are helping a lot in the marking," he said.
\The defender, however, is optimistic. According to him, the team has been working hard to dispel any doubts and put together a strong winning streak in the Brasileirão. For Jean, all that's missing is for the ball to start flowing in.
\"I think that's it: the ball has to go in. We're training hard, working hard, and we have to be patient. It's hard to ask this of the Flamengo fans, but we know that when the first one goes in, things will improve, we'll get the results we need to climb the table," he added.
