On the eve of facing Botafogo, on Sunday, in the grand final of the Campeonato Carioca, coach Joel Santana expressed confidence in a good performance from the red-black team.

- "This is a group we have to trust. We had a great promotion in the Brazilian Championship last year, we were champions of the Guanabara Cup and we finished first in the Group in the Libertadores. We are ready for the final."

Joel believes that the title will only be decided in the second game of the final.

- "It will be a very complicated final, which will be decided in 180 minutes. The team has to be balanced to play two great matches. We are approaching the decision with a lot of discipline and respect."
