After opening the talk by calling them all his daughters, the red-and-black coach spoke of the difficulties he faced before becoming one of the top professionals in Brazilian football and sought to share the experience he gained throughout his successful career. "I come from humble origins. I played for Olaria even without cleats because life was difficult, but I fought to be a winner. In football and in life, there are winners and losers. If we choose this life, which isn't easy, and dedicate ourselves to it, we have to face it with pleasure. You represent a people and were chosen because you have the capacity to shine," Joel said. After the talk, the coach took photos with all the players and didn't hide his satisfaction with this new experience in his career. "It was really cool, wasn't it?
