In response to a request from Flamengo, the directors of the Rio de Janeiro Football Federation's refereeing committee will give a talk to the players on the 16th, at 18 p.m., at the Windsor Hotel, the team's base camp. During the meeting, the directors will explain how referees are being instructed to work in the State Championship and this year's Copa Libertadores.
