Jonas: "I can't wait to go back"
Midfielder recovers from dislocated right elbow and, out of games, supports the team

On July 15, Flamengo secured qualification for the round of 16 of the Copa do Brasil with a 2-0 victory over Náutico at Arena Pernambuco. Besides securing a spot, the match was also marked by individual moments from two players: while young full-back Jorge's tears upon scoring his first professional goal moved the fans, midfielder Jonas's injury shocked the nation.
After two weeks, the number 18, still in the recovery process, ran on the field on Tuesday (28.07) and did physiotherapy and strengthening at the gym this Wednesday (29.07).
"I'm gradually improving. I'm still recovering, and the club is giving me good support, as always. I can't wait to be back at 100% and be able to help the team, but I'm already very happy because Flamengo is growing in the competition. The important thing is the group," the midfielder assured.
