Preparations are complete and everything is ready for the grand final of the Brazilian Super Cup, this Sunday (16), at 11 am, at Mané Garrincha, in Brasília. Alongside coach Dorival Jr, from Athletico-PR, Mister Jorge Jesus gave a press conference at the match stadium after the morning activity at CT Brasiliense.

"We're improving, we're going into our fourth game as a team. With each one, we take a step forward. This Sunday, we'll be better than we were against Fluminense. We're preparing to improve day by day. We're delighted to be here. We'll be competing for an important trophy among the winners. It's a trophy we value highly in Europe. All Brazilians will value it too," Jesus emphasizes.

Jesus confirmed that defender Rodrigo Caio is available for the match and that the team is focused on winning the first title of the season.

"Our defensive focus is a priority. We have two different center-backs from last year. Rodrigo Caio will come in and play, if nothing changes. He's fit. He's been working with me for eight months. We want to constantly improve. We're looking for alternatives. We want to be more creative, both technically and tactically. The three games we played were based on this approach. We added things we didn't have. That's our intention," he states.
