After making his debut against São Paulo, striker Josiel will face the red-and-black fans for the first time on Sunday against Ipatinga. For the Gávea number 9, the match will be tough, but only a win will keep his dream of winning the Brazilian title alive.

"Just because Ipatinga is in last place doesn't mean the match will be easy. Every game in the Brazilian Championship is tough. We're only thinking about victory, even though we know the difficulties. The important thing now is to win, whether it's at home or away."

Josiel praised the week of preparation for the game. The player believes he is in better physical and technical shape.

"I'm a little more relaxed. I hope to put on a good performance on Sunday. I'm constantly improving my technique and physical skills. I think I'll be able to last the full 90 minutes."
