Substituted at halftime of the match against Palmeiras, left-back Juan underwent physical therapy this Tuesday morning at Gávea. The number 6 is recovering from pain in his right leg and is confident he will be 100% for Sunday's match against Cruzeiro at Mineirão Stadium.

"The recovery is going very well. I still feel pain, but I'm much better. With the treatment, I believe I'll be 100% on Sunday. At this point, no one wants to be sidelined, and I'm sure I won't be. I'm going all out to face Cruzeiro. I'm preparing to last the full 90 minutes. In the match against Palmeiras, I was even going to return for the second half, but the doctors thought it best not to push it. At the time, you want to play no matter what, but later, after thinking about it, you see the doctors were right."

Juan said that Flamengo goes to Minas Gerais looking for a win, even knowing the difficulties of facing Adilson Baptista's team at Mineirão.
