The new trial of striker Obina, which was scheduled for this Thursday's session (October 04th), has been postponed. The rapporteur of the red-black striker's case, Caio Rocha, has a severe virus.

Obina was sent off in the match against Internacional on September 8th, due to an alleged elbow on defender Índio.

Flamengo's lawyers are seeking to reduce the striker's 120-day sentence or acquit him. The Superior Court of Justice (STJD) has not announced a new trial date.
