Flamengo Juniors win 4-1 in OPG's debut
Paulo Sergio was the standout performer in the victory over Serrano, scoring twice. Bruno Paulo and Diguinho rounded out the scoring.
By Flamengo Archive - inFlamengo got off to a strong start in its quest for its third title in the Otávio Pinto Guimarães Junior Tournament. The under-20 team, led by Adílio, defeated Serrano 4-1 this Thursday afternoon at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. Paulo Sérgio (2), Bruno Paulo, and Diguinho scored the goals in the red-and-black team's first victory in the competition.
In addition to Serrano, Flamengo has six other competitors in Group B of the competition: Profute, CFZ, Volta Redonda, Paraíba do Sul, São Cristóvão and América.
On Saturday, the red-black under-20 team returns to the field to face Profute, at 11:10 am, at the Alzirão stadium.
