Forward Kayke finished the year with a significant milestone. He was the third highest goalscorer in Brazil, tied in number of goals with Alexandre Pato of São Paulo. With 26 goals, the striker scored six times for Flamengo, behind only Ricardo Oliveira (Santos) and Kieza (Bahia). This record encompasses all divisions of the Brazilian Championship, state championships, and other official competitions.

Trained in Flamengo's youth divisions, Kayke returned to the club in August.He was signed from ABC. In his page on FacebookThe striker celebrated the milestone and has already outlined his goals for 2016:
