Out of the Brazilian national team since August, when he suffered a shoulder injury, Kleberson was rewarded with the call-up announced Tuesday morning by coach Dunga. The versatile Flamengo player, who can play as a second or third midfielder, is one of the 22 players called up for the friendly against Ireland, which will be played on March 2 in London. The match is the last before the final World Cup squad is announced.

Striker Adriano, who has been included in recent call-ups, is also on Dunga's list, alongside Robinho (Santos), Nilmar (Villarreal) and Luis Fabiano (Sevilla).

Kleberson suffered a serious injury against Estonia on August 12th, leaving the field with a dislocated right shoulder. Days later, back in Rio, he underwent surgery and surprisingly returned to the field in the penultimate game of the Brazilian Championship, even before medical prognosis, which indicated four months of recovery.

Excited about the possibility of playing in his second World Cup, the "penta" - as he is called by his teammates - had a great start to the season, with three goals in seven games.
