After serving a suspension in the match against São Paulo, midfielder Kleberson has been confirmed by coach Cuca for tomorrow's match against Palmeiras at Maracanã. The Gávea number 15 praised the opposing team and said he expects a great duel between the teams.

"The team performed well against São Paulo, even with several absences and some players lacking optimal match fitness. Now some players are back, and we hope the team improves even further. It's good to return to a match like this, against Palmeiras, a great team, and in front of our fans. I hope the fans turn out to support our team. They're ahead of us in the table, and this is our chance to close the gap on the Championship leaders."

Kleberson hopes to repeat the fine performance he had in the clash between the two teams in last year's Brazilian Championship, when the number 15 led the red-blacks to a 5-2 victory.

"That match will remain in my memory. The whole team played well, and I was able to stand out. But it's in the past now. There are different players and a different championship. We're working hard to get another victory, which will be very important for the rest of the competition."
