Midfielder Kleberson was fundamental to Flamengo's victory in the Taça Rio. The number 15 earned a starting spot in the semi-final and was one of the standout players for the red-and-black team in their wins against Fluminense and Botafogo. The player makes no secret of the fact that he is experiencing a special moment.

"I think I've grown a lot in this final stretch of the Taça Rio. This moment is definitely special for me. The important thing now is to work even harder so this momentum doesn't fade. Many things have changed in these last few weeks. I started playing as a starter and that gave me a lot of confidence. I didn't have this position before. Hopefully I can continue playing well and bringing joy to the Flamengo fans."

Kleberson said he went through very difficult times before arriving at Flamengo.

"I suffered a lot a while ago, and it's great to be able to give an answer. They expected a lot from me when I was signed by Flamengo, but the problems I had hampered my performance. I was sidelined for a long time, and that hurt me a lot. Being suspended by FIFA and not playing was difficult for me and my family. Now I'm growing and able to show my worth."
