After this afternoon's tactical training session in Gávea, coach Andrade said that midfielders Lenon, Fierro, and Zé Roberto are vying for a spot in the team for tomorrow's match against Sport at Maracanã. According to the coach, the Chilean is a clear frontrunner because he shares similar characteristics with midfielder Willians, who is suspended for the match.

"We have Lenon, Fierro, and Zé Roberto to replace Willians. They're three great players, and I'll discuss the best option with the coaching staff. I'll only decide tomorrow, just before the game. Fierro's inclusion would be the easiest because they're the most similar players. But I'm not ruling out Lenon and Zé."

Andrade confirmed Adriano's presence alongside Denis Marques and said that Gávea's number 10 is very motivated for the duel.

"Adriano arrived in great shape. He's very lively and motivated. His presence on the field worries the opposing defense. I'm sure he'll be important tomorrow."
