Leonardo Moura ready for the mission of creating

Deployed in midfield during this week's training sessions, Leonardo Moura is ready for the role of helping create the team's plays. After all, it was in this position that he began his career in Botafogo's youth academy.

"My entire time in the youth academy has been like this, and I feel comfortable helping the team. I'm very demanding of myself, and I know I may not have performed so well in recent matches, but I'm confident and ready to contribute with a good performance and a victory against Santos."

Experienced, the full-back sees the need, however, for Flamengo not to be carried away by the bad phase that tomorrow's opponent is going through.

"We can't think it'll be easy just because Santos is doing poorly in the Brazilian Championship. If we want to win, we'll have to fight hard. Especially at Vila Belmiro, which is a stadium that means a lot to Santos. We have to go in with determination and composure, knowing how to play to get the win."
