The greatest moment in football is the goal. When the net shakes, the crowd explodes, and titles are won. Everyone has the chance to experience the moment of glory that comes with scoring a goal, but the ones most responsible for inflicting terror on opponents are the forwards. They require good positioning and accurate footwork. Even at just 20 years old, Felipe Vizeu shows he possesses these qualities.

The young striker for the red-and-black team hasn't disappointed in 2016. Even fresh out of the youth ranks, he's proven, in the professional ranks, why he was named best player of the São Paulo Junior Cup. Even competing in a position with options like Guerrero and Damião, Vizeu has had his opportunities and has capitalized on them. In the 10 matches he's started in the Brazilian Championship, he's scored five goals—four of them in the six-yard box.

The first came in the second round of the Brasileirão. From the edge of the penalty area, the youngster capitalized on Éverton's cross and opened the scoring against Chapecoense. Three rounds later, he found the net again. Against Vitória, in Volta Redonda, Arão pounced on a rebounded ball, headed in a cross, and the number 47, once again well-positioned, appeared in front of the goalkeeper to head the ball into the net.

Felipe Vizeu's third and fourth goals came in the same game, in a top-of-the-table clash against Atlético-MG in Brasília. He opened the scoring with a left-footed shot from mid-range. The second, which sealed the victory, came once again from inside the six-yard box: Fernandinho dribbled down the left and crossed. Vizeu beat the goalkeeper and slotted it into the net.

The fifth goal came against Santa Cruz, this Sunday (9), and repeated the story of the first: taking advantage of Éverton's cross, the number 47 was in the right place to deflect it into the back of the goal.

Thus, the youngster from Ninho is fighting for the top spot in the Brazilian Championship's scoring charts. He has five goals—four of them scored from inside the six-yard box. And he explains how it happens.

"I see that, besides positioning, it's a lot of work. As a center forward, I always try to be on the ball that passes through the defense to check it. I stay alert, whenever my teammates go to the baseline, I try to 'weigh' the area," he says.

The striker praises the work done in training and also mentions the team's rapport.

"I try to always be at the first post. It's a matter of synergy, but also of hard work in training. There, I try to swing at the second post, go at the first, practice anticipation. I'm very happy that it's working," he says. "I'm also happy with Éverton. It was my second goal like that. My first goal in the Brazilian Championship was a similar play. I'm very happy," he concluded.
