Luxa praises Thiago Neves, Flamengo's new signing.

Flamengo fans already know Thiago Neves well. And it seems that coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo does too. The Flamengo coach was excited about the new signing, who was officially presented this Thursday morning (January 13.01th) at Gávea. For Luxa, the midfielder has everything to shine at Flamengo and seek a place in the national team, if he dedicates himself and plays well.
The Flamengo coach believes that signing the midfielder is further proof that the club is assembling a strong squad for the 2011 season, which includes four championships for the team from Gávea to compete in.
"Thiago Neves is also a demonstration of the board's strength and shows that everything is going as it should. We are assembling a strong squad to compete for what's to come," he said.
According to Luxemburgo, Thiago Neves is a player who can be very useful, especially when paired with Ronaldinho to add creativity to Flamengo's plays.
"He's a great player. He's different from Ronaldinho because he's not yet a star, but he's a great player who has everything to succeed. He has to earn his place in the national team, and I think that by playing well for Flamengo, he can achieve that," he concluded.
Luxa should have both players available starting this Thursday (January 13.01th), during pre-season training in Londrina.
