With eight points in four games and undefeated at the helm of Flamengo, coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo sees his team constantly improving in the Brazilian Championship. For him, the red-and-blacks are getting better every day and can prove it once again this Wednesday when they face Corinthians, who are fighting for the title, at the Engenhão stadium.

Seeing the players' motivation on a daily basis, especially after this good run of form, the coach wants to capitalize on the momentum to ensure the team continues to achieve positive results.

"There's an evolving professional balance. The environment is excellent. When you don't lose the good vibes, it's very good, and we have to take advantage of that," he said.

Aware that the team still needs to climb a few positions in the standings to finish the year well, Luxa asks the players to show determination in the match against the São Paulo team.

"Our position in the standings is still uncomfortable, but every player wants to play a game like this. A game like this also has to give you a bit of a chill. If you don't feel that, it's better not to even step onto the field," he added.
