At Barcelona de Guayaquil's home ground, the team held a tactical training session, where coach Paulo César Carpegiani selected the lineup that will face the Ecuadorians at George Capwell in the second round of Group D of the competition. In their debut, the "Mais Querido" drew 2-2 with River Plate.

Before the activity, Flamengo president Eduardo Bandeira de Mello received a visit from Barcelona de Guayaquil president and Guayas Province governor José Francisco Cevallos. The two exchanged team jerseys in a cordial meeting on the field.

After the activity on the Barcelona field, Flamengo carried out a reconnaissance of the George Capwell pitch, the venue for the match this Wednesday (14).
