On Friday morning (31), the red-black squad entered the final stretch of preparation for the Fla-Flu. With tactical activity, Zé Ricardo outlined the team that will take to the field in the classic, valid for the Taça Rio, the second round of the Campeonato Carioca. In the process of physical recovery, Rômulo and Mancuello carried out specific work at Flamengo's Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA).
After pre-practice activities, the group headed to the pitch at Field 4 of Ninho do Urubu, where they warmed up. Next, training began, focusing on the team's offensive movement, focusing on passing accuracy and playmaking. Later, it was the defense's turn to receive Zé Ricardo's attention, who made adjustments to the defensive players' positioning.
After the training session ended, Argentine midfielder Darío Conca took to the field after completing physical training at CEP FLA. On the field, Conca trained his finishing skills with the help of fitness coach Roberto Oliveira and athletes from the Mais Querido U-20 team.
This Saturday (01), Flamengo travels to Espírito Santo, where the classic will take place. This will be the first time that the Kleber Andrade Stadium, in Cariacica, will host a Fla-Flu. The confrontation will start at 16 pm.
