Flamengo carried out another day of strong and intense activities at the George Helal Training Center, focusing on the match against São Paulo, for the Brazilian Championship. The match is scheduled to take place next Sunday (4), at 17 pm, at the Morumbi stadium.
Wednesday (31) began with work focused on offensive movement. The athletes participated in a training session on crosses and finishing. The coach demanded a lot of movement and gave plenty of instructions throughout the activity.
Assistant coach Leonardo Porto conducted specific technical work with the defensive players. The activity served to adjust everyone's positioning in game situations.
In the final part, everyone in the squad carried out a collective training session in a reduced space. Rubro-Negro will return to work on the afternoon of this Thursday (1), again at Ninho do Urubu.
