In Mangaratiba, the Flamengo squad continued their preparations for the season on Sunday morning (10.01). The day's activities began with physical and technical training on the pitch at the Portobello Resort hotel, on the Costa Verde in Rio de Janeiro.

Ederson and Nixon also did separate physical training. Coach Muricy Ramalho led the activities and encouraged the squad throughout, praising and demanding commitment from the athletes.

The players were then divided into three teams and trained on half the field. While two teams faced off, the third waited, creating a rotation. The activity focused on offensive and defensive movements.

Flamengo continues training in Mangaratiba until January 19.01th. On January 21.01st, Flamengo has its first match of the year. The Taça Asa Branca takes place in Fortaleza, and Ceará hosts Flamengo for the match. Tickets are now on sale:
