Goalkeeper expects a full Maracanã to support the team in Saturday's match against Ceará

Maracanã will welcome Flamengo and its fans again on Saturday (August 14.08), and Marcelo Lomba hopes this reunion will be as the fans and players are used to: with a full house. The match against Ceará is important for the red-blacks, who are on a four-game winless streak and are looking to get back on track with positive results in the Brasileirão.
Therefore, Lomba hopes for the support of the Nation to further motivate the squad and calls on the fans to go to Maracanã and support the team.
"When there's this unity between the team and the fans, Flamengo becomes much stronger. We know this, and so do the fans. That's why I'm taking this opportunity to call on the red-and-blacks: come to Maracanã, support, encourage, because on the field we'll give everything we have to give back. You're essential, and we need your support," urged the goalkeeper, who assured that the team will be attacking and will seek victory from the start of the game.
"Flamengo will be playing at home, with the fans behind them, and they can't think of anything other than victory. We have to impose our rhythm and go for the three points from the start of the game. With boldness and personality, we can leave the field with a good result," he said.
One factor that could make the stadium even fuller this Saturday is that Renato Abreu and Leandro Amaral are expected to debut in the Flamengo shirt.
"Renato and Leandro Amaral are two great players who can help form this ideal team that Flamengo is trying to put together for the Brazilian Championship. Rogério is still doing some testing, the squad has quality and I'm sure we'll get it right and fight for good things in this championship," added the number 29.
