Flamengo is the current Brazilian champion. But the sixth title was only possible because of the previous five titles. And some of those responsible for these achievements are still active on the club's masters team. Stars like Adílio and Julio Cesar, Uri Geller, and many others still boast their talent throughout Brazil, at the invitation of city halls, associations, companies, and other institutions.

"Everyone goes to the games. We see who's going to play right away, based on the age of the opposing team. Except for Andrade, who, now as a professional soccer coach, only goes when he has time," explains Uri Geller, one of the 1980 national champions, one of the many who respond to fans' requests with endless photos and autographs.

The next matches have already been confirmed. On February 5th, at 20 pm, the masters will take to the field in the municipality of São João da Barra. On February 7th, at 16 pm, the field will be on the sands of Barra de São Tomé. The match in Caxias, initially scheduled for February 6th, was canceled by the city government due to flooding.
