Activity marks continuation of preparations for debut in the Brazilian Championship

Another day of hard work marked Saturday morning at the George Helal Training Center in Vargem Grande. In the intense heat, the physical aspect, with strength exercises at the Flamengo Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA) and coordination exercises performed on the field, took center stage before the ball activity.

Next, assistant coach Mauricio Barbieri led the group in a tactical exercise on Field 4. Adjustments to positioning, particularly during the team's offensive moments, were made by the coaching staff member, who guided the players on playmaking. The activity alternated with moments of additional physical training for part of the squad.

Training will resume at Ninho do Urubu in the afternoon of this Monday (02). It will be the continuation of the red-black preparation for the debut in the Brazilian Championship against Vitória, on April 14, in Salvador.
