Maxi stands out in the collective
Argentine started training among the starters.
By Flamengo Archive - inFlamengo held another training session this Wednesday afternoon (11/28), in Gávea. The team is preparing for the last game of the Brazilian Championship, Sunday, against Náutico, in Recife.
During the training session, coach Joel Santana tested a new formation. With Jaílton and Renato Augusto suspended, the coach started with Maxi and Léo Medeiros in the starting lineup. The starting lineup was: Bruno, Léo Moura, Fábio Luciano, Ronaldo Angelim, and Juan; Cristian, Léo Medeiros, Ibson, and Toró; and Maxi and Obina.
The starting team won 3-1, with two beautiful goals from Maxi and one from Toró. Hugo Colace scored the reserve team's goal.
Halfway through training, Joel made a single change to the team, taking Maxi off and putting Roger in the starting lineup.
Striker Souza did not participate in the training session, and only did some physiotherapy at the Club's gym.
